I greatly enjoyed being there, everything was perfectly fine.
the hotel rooms were soundproof and compact with view on taipei 101 and complimentary refreshments plus balcony. the staff was thoughtful, efficient, and responded promptly to requests. marvellous and perfect location, it was in front of an underground station. you could walk to convenience stores and chemist's.

We love the lcation of the hotel, which is very conveniently located within a 3 min walk to the Da'an rail.
Staff were not as well trained as a 5 star establishment should be. I asked for an extra blanket, the reply I got was that they have none available.

I like everything - its is a stylish modern small/mid-size hotel hence not overly busy or overwhelmingly 'happening; with locals. The interior decoration is modern and easy on the eyes. Fairly new and fresh looking with sensible interior design. Not too small either so they have all that is required; a nice lobby, modest lobby cafe/restaurant. The staff were excellent - warm, friendly and goes out to help you yet not exactly in-your-face as you move around the hotel. The location is great too: stone's throw from the subway station and also walkable to the major shopping belt. I would be very happy to use this hotel again. In summary - great location, good value for money, sensible interior decor.
Lacks a 'proper' driveway so getting in and out with lots of luggage on a wet day is slightly tricky.

This is an excellent hotel. The hotel is clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back here when I travel to Taipei again.
The fact that it is not along the main MRT line does pose a bit of inconvenience. But there will be a Daan MRT exit right outside the hotel by next year. =)

We had a wonderful time in a Superior King Room with an amazing Taipei 101 view, and the kids loved playing in the cozy little garden area. The hotel could improve its breakfast options, but overall, we were really happy with the cleanliness and comfort of our stay. Be sure to bring snacks, as there's not much available in the room itself 🌟

The staff were both friendly and very helpful - one of the best things about the hotel.
No bar for a drink. The fitness centre was very poor - too small and not enough equipment. I thought the hotel was quite old but was told it was relatively new - if tha is the case then the decor is very drab and old fashioned. I would recommend the hotel with the reservation that it is expensive for the facilities that are offered.
